What is FatCoffee?

FatCoffee is a type of coffee found only in some parts of Europe and South East Asia. The coffee beans were first roasted in butter, sesame, or palm oil (margarine). The roasted coffee beans would then be put into a grounder and mixed with small amount of salt to enhance the aroma.

Just like the premium USDA Prime grade beef (high fat content), FatCoffee has extremely high fat content. You can literally see a layer of oil floating on top of the freshly brewed FatCoffee. Not only it delivers unbelievably smooth taste, it has an irresistible aroma that could bring the deaths to life!

FatCoffee, in short, is the coffee equivalent of USDA Prime Grade steaks.
